Turn on the television and there will surely be a show highlighting some new or seasoned Real Estate Flipper. Simple premise... buy a home in distressed or foreclosed condition, do the remodel and sell for a healthy profit. Sounds easy right? Some people can and do make a living from "flipping" homes.
