Over the past two months God has been gracious enough to allow me to have 6 closings. I have been putting in the hours/work to get the deals done, but He is in ultimate control.
I am also thankful for these closings because it has given business to loan officers, home inspectors, contractors, attorneys, appraisers, termite inspectors, title insurance companies, home insurance companies, warrenty companies, and the staff of all these offices. They have earned money to take home to help their family. That is a lot of people who have been affected by these closings!

In the the month of May there were 583 units sold at an average price of $171,794 and a median price of $141,000. The average days on market was 104.
During May approximately 89% of the sales were below $300,000. Year-to-date that percentage increases to 90%.
There is currently over 7,100 properties on the market at an average price of $270,986 and a median price of $189,900.
