In 2011 there has been 5,420 units sold which is down 3.7% when compared to the same time frame of 2010. The average sold price has been $173,592 and the median sold price is $142,598. Recently, property tax bills were sent out by Greenville County for 2010. It is very important for you to carefully review this tax bill to make sure it is accurate. This morning I was shown a tax notice and immediately I saw that the "Taxable Market Value" for this property was too high. In this subdivision, no property had sold over a certain amount. However, the county has assessed their property over $7,000 higher then the best property sold for in 2010.
