How many times have you had a customer or client ask your advice on a matter?

Many are just innocent questions. Is this the best intrest rate I can get? Will this Home Owners Plan do everything I want it to do? Should I use "XYZ" roofing company or not?

Most of us have had client/customers ask our opinion on various contracts or situations, which will involve spending some money.  This is normally ok, EXCEPT when something goes wrong, then they want us to bail them out or be reponsible for any corrective actions that are required.

I own the plan and have used it several times. One situation was resolved with a phone call from the attorney. A landlord/tenant issue was resolve for regaining possesion of a rental property where the person was arrested and in county jail and small children were involved by following my attorney's specific recommendations. I had my property back in less than 35 days!

I avoid having to use my "E&O" insurance by recommending people to this service.
