WHERE WE WERE THEN & WHERE WE ARE NOW: Mid-May Real Estate Market Comparison for 2013/2014 CORE AREAS OF MAT-SU VALLEY (Palmer, Wasilla, Big Lake, Houston, Meadow Lakes)... Summary: 1.There are 85 less homes for sale in May 2014 vs May 2013. 2. There is a remarkably higher ratio between pending and active homes this year. 3. The amount of homes actually sold in the last 6 months is up by 84 homes. 4. The average SOLD price is about the same (less than $100 more).
