Morning Roundtables for Residential/Commercial proeprty owners and managers
I would love to have a resource locally to bounce ideas off and discuss situations regarding rental property.  I am a new Rainer and hope this will be a great source for that, but nothing beats the face to face like a good old sit-down.  Investors, Owners, Property Managers, Multi-Family specialists, Commercial Brokers - there are some really good stories that could come out of these guys and gals!!  As well as some excellent advice!
