Kona real estate market conditions 2/14/07 - 02/14/07 01:36 PM

It's now at least a year past the peak of real estate prices in Kona...and generally so for the Big Island of Hawaii. New listings continue to swell a fairly stagnant market. The worst overhang is found in the resort condo market. Any questions? … (1 comments)
