mortgage meltdown: Citi Home Equity cuts ltv's in declining markets - 03/01/08 01:12 PM
On March 3rd, Citi Home Equity will cut their ltv's from 90% to 85% in areas deemed to be in a declining market.  Chase is already tapped at 75%.  Crazy, these guys were lending up to 100% ltv 6 months ago.

mortgage meltdown: ING cut my deal - 02/29/08 03:22 PM
I had a 1.1 million dollar loan with ING the cut my appraisal and dropped my loan amount to $930,000.  This is the second time I have been nailed there.  I had a 2.5 million dollar appraisal that got cut to 1.5 million.  I'm curious if anyone else is running into … (2 comments)
