Negotiation is an art that when done right can put you on the pedestal. Recently, I was involved in a purchase transaction where I was assisting a first time homebuyer. We looked at many homes and after about 2 months of searching we landed an acceptance on our offer. Yahoo! or so it seemed. It was a nice Spanish Style home that was partially remodeled.
