Our latest marketing idea is to advertise in those small tabletop laminated books that you see at restaurants. The guy who owns the company said that realtors are their biggest advertisers and we thought why not, let's reach out that way. If homeowners are looking for realtors, they're probably going to be open to us. People love free stuff, and the best part is going to be telling them that maybe 1 in 100 realtors make the homeowner pay for virtual tours.

A waitress told us she never reads them because customers always tell her what they say. That's probably the most honest recommendation that I could think of.

Will this upset realtors, that we are going to "put our names out there" to the public?

Hm.. well anyway. Some realtors don't see our ads other places, so maybe we will reach some of you that way.
