Sometimes we let our guard down in slower real estate times!!! SAFETY FOR US PLEASE READ - 07/27/10 05:02 PM
I was reading a blog which made me remind myself to remind some of you that we are too easily excited by buyers in slow times.  Ladies, and Guys, moreso the ladies, here is a list of safety precautions you should be taking when showing homes to new unknown Male Buyers! 
1.  Make sure your office knows where your going as a safety precaution & what times you'll be there and done for the day.  Let another agent know and text them when your done.

Welcome to Real Estate if your late in the game.  Western ND has now discovered yet another layer of oil called THREE FORK< which is located under the BAKKEN, which was the latest discovery.  They are anticipating alot of oil t be drilled in years to come. I love getting the Spam from Craigslist after I post a house, and now getting some from Active Rain.  Where do we report Spam to??? 
Amazing I have been a member for a long time and now finally some idiot thinks they can start Spamming us AR peoples and it urks me a little, but not enough to ruin my day.  Anyone else getting the same crap!
