Social Media and Selling Real EstateThe other day, I read a pretty interesting article by Dan and Amy Schuman, the experts in Luxury Homes in Solon, OH, titled "Is Social Media killing Confidentiality". He showed a list of examples that they've seen other agents commit what seems to be a lack of "fiduciary responsibility", and for the most part I think they are right. I am a former loan officer a current Realtor-in-referral. I quit doing loans in March of this year. I, simply, grew tired of dealing with know-little agents, back stabbing loan officers, clients willing to sell you out for a .25% better from the starving LO on the street corner holding will "work for loans" sign, the banks changing their mind on good loans and ever changing landscape regulation landscape that may or may not be a mirage.
What have I learned in the last 6 months?
