The seller walked out of the closing......so I SMASHED his piano! - 02/22/10 09:34 AM
Last year, at the closing for one of my transactions, the seller walked out of the closing, so I smashed his piano! Yes, I know that the title needs some explanation. I have tried to write this up a few different times, but there is just so much to write, so to make a verylong story short, here are some highlights (or lowlights): The final walk through went well, but we could not get into the garage and there was some extra building materials in the basement. Upon hearing that there would have to be a hold back when the seller walked into (7 comments)
A Valentine's Day Special: My LOVE for Real Estate! - 02/14/10 02:44 PM
I just thought I would take this opportunity, on this Valentine's Day, to profess my love for all things Real Estate! I've been a real estate agent for seven years and I have loved every minute of it! My only regret is that I did not get into it sooner. New Town and City Search Criteria for MLS in Boston Areas - 02/03/10 03:16 PM
Recently, there has been new town and city search criteria for MLS in Bostonareas added to the search feature. While searching for a home in MLSPIN (the local major MLS network) used to very easy, you now must pay close attention to how you are selecting your areas and towns to make sure you don't miss out on anything! My office is in Dorchester, so that's where I get a lot of calls from buyers.
