I recently sold a home to an buyer who I had met at one of my listings. A week after I showed him my listing, and he told me he was not interested in it, he asked me if I could help him look for other homes. Apparently, he'd been casually working with another agent (without a contract of course) with whom he didn't feel comfortable with and didn't really trust.
