The State Aboretum of Virginia will host it's annual Garden Fair Mother's Day Event on May 12-13, 2012. If you haven't been to the State Aboretum before, it is in Boyce, Virginia. Many of my friends know that over the past few years, I've taken off about 52 pounds. I've done this through a change in lifestyle when it comes to eating and exercise.I had an interesting experience yesterday that could have been disasterous while exercising.
