Dear Friends,
Over the past few months we have been helping homeowners who can no longer make the payments on their homes. This is an uncomfortable situation but nothing to be embarrassed about as its happening all over the country. In most situations the property is sold as a short sale.
What Exactly Is A Short Sale?
