The May numbers are in and they are good. Of course with the start of the hurricane season and all of the media hype they are not as awesome as they could have been.

 
But the core numbers show that we have had SIX MONTHS of declining inventory!  A decrease of 724 units since November.
 
Sales are good too!  63 Units closed last month, I know that is not white hot but it is very solid for the month of May. The year to date numbers look very encouraging too.
 
2006 Closed YTD end of May was 175 and 2007 Closed YTD end of May was an awesome 346 Condos!  That is 198% of previous year!
 
I do believe that we will continue to see a correction in supply and demand through June and July....The trend continues!
