I am excited to announce that on March 7th, after a speedy 16-day contract period, my clients closed on their purchase of 64 Greenbriar Drive! It was among the golf course homes for sale in Panorama Village until we found it, negotiated a great price, and quickly completed the transaction. The new owners are now painting, cleaning, and moving in- and so happy to be living with a gorgeous view of the 5th hole!

Well, it's tax season again, and as usual I am not among the earliest of the birds in preparing my tax return. But if any of you in the Houston Association of REALTORS® are on a similiar schedule when it comes to filing your return, the information I am sharing may help you to claim the correct deduction amount on your Federal income tax return for the HAR dues you have paid.
