Just saw this article about Good News in Iraq. Strange thing... I don't recall hearing anything about it here in the US. But maybe I just don't spend enough time searching out stories like this. Where were the headlines about battle victories? Where were the headlines about progress on the 18 benchmarks? Where were the headlines about the last of 550 tons of yellowcake (enough of the milled uranium oxide to make well over 100 nuclear bombs!) having been removed from Iraq? (I do recall hearing a lot about Saddam not having any WMDs and not seeking, much less getting, any yellowcake. I guess it

Here in Central Florida the housing market has been flat to struggling. Home prices have dropped a bit (about 6% over the past year), but nothing disastrous. Many sellers are holding out for top dollar, hoping to get as much or more for their home as they paid for it a year or two ago. Many buyers are holding out for bottom dollar, hoping to get a "steal" on a house by paying no more than 50-80% of its current appraised value. This has created a standoff, where the inventory of unsold homes has increased. Now, there's a new challenge for buyers -
