Perhaps there is hope, Myrtle Beach SC has seen consumers begin to book the usually busy Valentine's Day weekend. Myrtle Beach Hotels on the Oceanfront and those at Barefoot Resort are beginning to reach up to 70% occupancy in advance bookings for the two day weekend. Consumer confidence seems to be ticking up in the Real Estate Market as well with a sudden increase in interest with increased leads across the board. Let's see how 2009 develops. Myrtle Beach Real Estate Sales, based on my last blog and the comments it received are going to be very dependent on managing great search terms. Much of this has to do with internet knowledge and how your individual website is designed. It appears the internet has created winners and losers.
