How to get 100% mortgage in this market - 05/06/08 11:32 AM
Last year most of the 100% mortgage loans went away.  I know of 2 different ways to get people 100% loans.
1st is VA loans.  Of course not everybody can do this loan, but it is one of the best loans out there.

I remember closing 15 - 20 loans every mouth.  Now I would be happy if I could close 7 - 8 per month.  What happen to the good old days?
