When getting a mortgage it is important to know all your options. And then decide which mortgage is best for you. I can help you with this decision, but I also want to give you a short explanation of each of the major 3 mortgage programs: FHA, VA and Conventional. Here they are:
FHA LOANS
An FHA loan is insured by the Federal Housing Administration, a federal agency within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). How Much Can the Seller Pay of my Closing Costs?? - 04/27/11 05:43 PM
Many times I am asked by Buyers and Realtors "how much can the seller pay in closing costs"? It is good to know when negotiating on a home how much the seller can pay of your closing costs. This would make it easier for you to get into a home with less money needed. Here are the allowable amount that a seller can pay in closing costs per the different loan types.
