Spec’s has come to New Territory(Sugar Land)!!! Beer, Spirits and Fine Foods - 11/14/11 04:14 PM
Spec’s  is about to open their New Territory location, located in the Old Blockbuster location in the Randall’s shopping center.  I am not sure of the exact opening date, but it should be any day now.  For those of you who love Spec’s having one located right here in New Territory is great news.  Spec’s is not just for fine wine’s and unique beers.  It is also carries many different items such as deli meats, mustards, cigars and gift ideas.

New Territory(Sugar Land) HOA Dues have Increased to $1050 - 11/14/11 12:00 PM
If you live in New Territory(Sugar Land) and opened your bill for Homeowner’s Association Dues, you noticed a surprise.  The yearly dues have increased to $1050.  This increase was mostly due to the increase in water costs for the New Territory.  As I wrote about this before, New Territory Residents your Water Bill will increase in 2012. 
Other causes that led to the increase are the increase in capital reserves.  The Board for New Territory did this to help increase the money on hand for repairs and replacement of New Territory property.  The  legal fees and  street lighting also increased … (1 comments)
