contract: FHA now accepts Electronic Signatures on Purchase Contracts(Docusign). - 04/13/10 04:35 AM
FHA has announced that they now accept electronic signatures. So if you use(and Love) Docusign, FHA now accepts those contracts. This is great news and will save some trees. Please call me with any questions.

If you have any family members or friends who are in the military or a federal employee working outside the US may qualify for the first time home buyer tax credit.
