I had a closing today for a client that is one of the nicest people on the planet.  We closed on her vacation/investment dream home at the Ko'olina Resort Communtiy of "Kai Lani" located in Kapolei.  The property is a fantastic ocean front condo and one of the few places on the resort where you can truly have "ocean front".  She was choked up and almost in tears when I called her this morning to let her know that the transaction recorded and now belonged to her.  She will fly in on … (8 comments)

Each year, Honolulu Hawaii hosts the Great Aloha Run; a 8.15 mile race from Aloha Tower to Aloha Stadium.
