golf: Poipu Bay Golf Course, Kauai, Hawaii

I just took a weekend trip to the island of Kauai with my family, my neighbors and fellow Active Rain mortgage broker and Hawaii VA Loan Expert, Jay Oku. Here is a great video of the 15th hold at Poipu Bay that has some unbeleiveable views of the island and Pacific Ocean.
Since it rained on Sunday, there were some fantastic waterfalls. My wife, daughter and myself were cruising around the island when we saw an opportunity to shoot this video.

The Turtle Bay Championship in Hawaii. If you have ever worked a tournament before, you know that most of the workers are all volunteers. On Oahu, a very large part of the volunteers are either Active Duty Military or Retired Military serving in Hawaii. The B.O.S.S. Program from Schofield Barracks (Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers) provides the transportation around the course and many of our other veterans are scattered around the course as marshalls, gallery control, spotters, parking lot and a plethora of other positions.
