On May 18, 2007, I posted an article about "Fractional Ownership". I knew it was coming to Hawaii and today, I saw one of the first signs of it.
There is a beautiful condominium in downtown Waikiki that now has one of their units up for sale as a fractional. Previously, this individual unit was listed at $1,299,000. It is finally here! Mr. Donald Trump is beginning construction on a new project in Waikiki that promises to be the future of our favorite beach. Reservations have been accepted and the "drawing" will be on Nov 9th to see who gets first pick of properties. If you have investors or clients that are interested, visit the website. With no 5 star hotels on a famous beach like Waikiki and a 10 billion dollar beachwalk renovation project, this will be a winner for anyone! Aloha!
