In the current Real Estate Market which seems to be bad for both buyers and sellers which one of these lead generations is better than the other?  Has anyone switched and can judge which is better between the two or is there a better company than these for lead generation?  They are not cheap but I need to find some way of generation more business in this market that is going in a downturn?  HELP!
