As a professional, full-time REALTOR in Lees Summit Missouri, I visit hundreds of homes each month. I am always amazed by sellers that do NOTHING to prepare their homes for the market. If you were going to sell your car wouldn't at least wash it and maybe vacuum the inside? Maybe pick up the trash and clean the dust off the dash? Selling your home is the same thing.
