North Carolina Bans Texting while Driving, Realtors Exempt... no we're not! Come on don't be silly!
I tell you what though this is a good law. I stopped texting and reading e-mails a while ago, I gave up smoking after all, I can drive for a while without looking at that thing vibrating next to my leg.
Is that a showing on a listing? Is that an inquire from someone reading my blog? Is that an email from the AA telling me my check is here? Yeah it's easy to just ignore it till you get home.

Took a walk with the boys and their cousins this morning in Wyndfall, which is such a great neighborhood. Large wooded lots, most are at least an acre. Currently there are no homes for sale...Bummer!.

Clayton NC To Get 259 Jobs With Talecris 259 Million Expansion To Clayton Plant.
Clayton will benefit from the news that Biotechnology firm Talecris Biotherapeutics plans to expand it's existing operation with a 259 million dollar expansion.
 
Talecris which is located on Hwy 70 just outside Clayton already employs approx 1,500 people  at it's plant which develops and produces critical care treatments for people with life-threatening disorders in a variety of therapeutic ways.

Archer Lodge is North Carolina's Newest Town.
The community known as Archer Lodge is set to become a town after a vote on Tuesday November 3rd 2009. The vote was 418 to 307 from about 2,630 registered voters.
The town will govern approx 3000 people in an area that has seen growth approach it from two sides, the town Of Clayton and the town of Wendell as they expanded there boundaries came closer and closer. This got a group of residents worried that the community might be swallowed up and lost forever.

Clayton Area Schools Adding Two New High Schools, Johnston County Schools are building two new high schools to cope with the influx of students from the growth of the area.
There is a new school being built in the Cleveland area at 1892 Polenta Road, Clayton and another in Corinth Holders at 6875 Applewhite Road in Wendell. 

I have seen both of these schools and they look like they will have all the bells and whistles that go along with a brand new school.
