Walk through a beer store these days and you might be surprised at some of the names of these beers, some would make a dockworker blush.How about Raging Bitch? I kid you not, maybe a glass of Pikes Kilt Lifter? A classic, the C S B ( crotch sniffing bastard)! Look it up, I can't make this stuff up.Of course who hasn't heard of The Dogfather and Old Brown Dog Ale and you all know Smuttynose IPA, right ?

OK so the concrete is poured and has been allowed to set, the next phase is to remove the frames, which is done after a few days. The re-bar on the footing is pushed down and will be encased in the concrete that will be poured for the floor.

The great thing about being the on-site agent at Portofino in Clayton, North Carolina is that there is never a dull moment. For example, I was driving through on Thursday morning, checking on the homes when I saw a resident in obvious distress talking to the fence installers who were finishing up her new fence. I got out and asked if she needed help, she did, both her horses had got out and were in the neighborhood. I grabbed a head collar and we both jumped (2 comments)
I was heading home on Sunday to watch the Superbowl and had just pulled into my Neighborhood when this big black lab comes running across the road in front of me. I stopped and turned to see him run across a major road, luckily there were no cars. I got out and went across to try and catch him and he was acting like a pup who was too scared to stop. I was showing this custom home in at 154 Sicily Drive in Clayton, NC to a delightful family on Saturday, it's a magnificent home built by one of the area's top builders, Neil Jarman of Jarman Homes I am always pleasantly surprised when I get a comment from a prospective homebuyer that I never would have thought of. What do you think was this lady's favorite part of the house?

So we have excavated the footprint of the home, we have dug and layed the foundations. We let the foundations set and then the crew assemble the forms for the basement walls.
Once the wall frames are installed it is time to bring in the pump and the cement. There is no time to waste and they don't start until all the trucks are lined up on the road. The inspector came out to inspect the frames and (0 comments)
