" I Can't Take Another Winter Of This !!!!" - 10/31/11 04:34 PM
“I Can’t Take Another Winter Of This!!”How many of you are saying this right now? I mean it’s only October for goodness sake, No Power! Snow! Downed Trees! Heating Bills Skyrocketing!I feel for you, I do! I lived in Philadelphia for years but I was younger so the cold didn’t bother me as much and  before Philly I lived in Dublin, Ireland so I knew a bit about nasty weather. The massive amounts of snow which stayed around for weeks on end became misery. Now that I’m older I can’t stand the cold that’s why I love North Carolina. Look it can get cold … (4 comments)

New Homes Started in Portofino, Clayton, NC 27527.
Finally the homes in Churchill have been started, we have footings dug for three new homes, we have the crawl built for one, so it won't be long before they start to take shape. The interest in these homes in Portofino has been remarkable, and understandbly so, when you consider the size of the lots (smallest is a half an acre), the price, high $200's to high $300's and the quality custom home that Jordan Built Homes is building.

Churchill in Portofino is a neighborhood of about sixty homes that offers … (2 comments)

Everything has a Blog in it.....Ask Howard Stern. - 10/14/11 05:39 PM
Everything has a Blog in it.....Ask Howard Stern. When I lived in Philadelphia, every morning from 6-10 I listened to Howard Stern, there were times when I would be on the floor laughing, a lot of times cringing and a lot of times wondering how does he have the @#$%^ to say this on the air. I remember one morning he was busting on his producer Gary ( Baba Booey) because Gary had carried on an argument with someone off the air and Howard was upset because he could have used that as a bit in his show. The show would often … (3 comments)

How one dumb post killed the real estate deal! - 10/03/11 06:44 AM
Facebook Fans check out this post from Michael Caruso which explains the perils of sharing your real estate secrets online. It makes perfect sense that when you are out looking at houses you tweet, post on FB etc. but there are agents who might use this to their advantage.
I once had a house listed and the the seller arrived home as the buyers were discussing the house with their agent out front. They did not realize he was the homeowner and he heard her say " I have got to get this house"!!!! SCORE!!
