Relocating To Clayton, North Carolina? Well who isn't for goodness sake, I'm surprised everyone doesn't live here! Nah we can't take everyone, someone has to clear the snow off the runways and sidewalks!!

But for those of you who are re-locating to Clayton, NC or Raleigh, NC you should like it. Of course if snow, traffic congestion and exorbident taxes are your idea of a good time then you probably won't.

I found this big friendly black lab running through the front of my neighborhood and across a busy road last February. I brought him home as he had a collar but no identification. We have a yellow lab and once she established the pecking order she had a blast with him ( she comes from a large family). I was actually kinda hoping we would not find his owners as he was such a sweetheart. Very well behaved and a good companion for Carly. I wrote a blog post about him.

I was heading home on Sunday to watch the Superbowl and had just pulled into my Neighborhood when this big black lab comes running across the road in front of me. I stopped and turned to see him run across a major road, luckily there were no cars.

We chatted about the real estate market and what sort of inquires they were getting. This could be two posts as the building they are in is a historic old bank building. It turns out New York is the state that had the most visits to the Triangle Multiple Listing Service, after North Carolina obviously. In October (the last month we have figures for) there were 2500 visits from people in New York looking at homes in the Triangle. The Triangle is made up of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding towns and counties. Towns like Clayton, Cary, Apex are all considered part of the Triangle.
