Red Hat The Raleigh based software company has announced it is expanding and will initially hire 240 new people over the next four years. They also plan to hire 300 more in 2015. The high paying jobs will pay approx $80,000.

I had a buyer come in from DC last week and we toured a bunch of homes in Glen Laurel Subdivision in Clayton NC. There is a good selection of homes in Glen Laurel and in various price ranges and age and condition. There are a couple of foreclosures (most subdivisions have at least one!),some homes have been on the market quite a while, possible due to lack of upgrades. As in all great films there are just some scenes that do not make the final cut, it could be time issues, or plot change issues. In our case in the shooting of the video for the great home at 1016 Portico Place in Raleigh NC, it was the directors fault. I presumed my eight year old son Rory had seen the music video of Bob Dylan from the 60's-70's. My Bad, anyway here he is doing a great job describing the many features of this home.
