Open House Etiquette......Some Pointers!So here is the deal with Open Houses, Model Homes etc. We have four houses in my neighborhood all new construction, four different builders, four completely different floor plans.Saturday and Sunday we open them up for people to take a look at, I stay in the sales office. The first thing I do when I get here is go around to all the houses and turn on all the lights, adjust the thermostats, turn on all the sound systems, TV’s etc.I unlock all the back and side doors and screen doors, (I have been locked out of houses … (1 comments)

We will have a couple of houses in various stages of construction open this weekend. We have 58 Sicily Dr. which is finished and ready to move into. This is a custom built home by Corker Enterprises which is listed for $415,000. It has four bedrooms, 2600 square feet of finished space and another 1100 square feet of partially finished space upstairs. There are a number of homes in various stages of construction at Portofino in Clayton. Steve Corker of Corker Enterprises in building a four bedroom Custom Home on Lot 7, listed for $415,000 and just down the road onLot 13 Neil Jarman with Jarman Homes is building an Energy Star Home listed for $486,000.

I wrote a blog post on ActiveRain on Friday titled Open House in Clayton This Weekend at Wyndfall There Will Be Three Houses Open.  and copied it to Trulia and Blogger. Nine minutes later it was position three and six on page one of Google for the search term "open house in Clayton". We are having an Open House Event This Saturday in Clayton, at Wyndfall Subdivision, we will have 114 Kirkland Court open, along with 261 Wyndfall Lane, and 131 Carrie Drive. All homes will be open from 1-4pm and we plan on having some very important people present when it comes to buying a home.

Clayton Open House Today Sunday April 18th. We have a couple of Open Houses going on today and a beautiful day to go looking at Clayton homes for sale.
Tom Bohlmann will be at 261 Wyndfall lane in Clayton today from 1-4pm. This is a great house in a hard to find price range with almost two acres. If you like peace and quiet then this is worth a look.
