You need to have on appropriate clothes and you also need to be armed with your market numbers. Advertising in the printed media is like going fishing in a dry pond. There are no more fish left there to catch! They have all gone on to better places. Unless they don't have or don't use a computer they have all gone to the internet. People don't want to wait for papers to be published or magazines to be printed - they want the information now and they want it when they have time to use it. They don't want to look at small pictures with limited verbiage when they can watch virtual tours.
