Home Inspections are not just for the Buyer. It is a good idea to have a home inspection performed on your home if you are getting ready to put it on the market for sale. By having the home inspection done upfront allows you, the seller, to get whatever is wrong corrected before your home is actually put on the market. You can sell your house with the confidence that your home is in good repair and nothing is hanging over your head to be revealed at the home inspection.
