Staging is not just for houses it is for the Realtors too. When you go on a listing appointment you want to look the part. You need to have on appropriate clothes and you also need to be armed with your market numbers. You need to be prepared to advise and counsel the potential home seller on where they need to price their house and what they need to do to get the house ready to be sold.
