Connecticut Leases Now Require Notice of Sprinkler Systems for Rentals. As of October 1st, 2015 a new Connecticut law (Section 57 of bill 1502) will require disclosure of operative fire sprinkler systems with any residential lease. This does not apply to commercial leases unless there is a dwelling unit. Sec. 57.
