Looking for NINA loan program for Perry County, PA

I have a buyer with good fico. The buyer is looking to buy a property in Perry county, PA. This property has 18 acres. Buyer will down between 30 to 50%. The purchase price is 300k. Please advise if you know any lender that do NINA loan program.
