In our third and final video of the series, builder Mark Refosco showcases the construction process of building your dream home with Arthur Rutenburg Homes. In order to see the high quality and attention-to-detail Rutenburg delivers, we were fortunate enough to visit two extraordinary homes under construction in World Golf Village’s King and Bear neighborhood.
“You dream, we build,” Mark explains, and that’s exactly what they do! As seen in our video, the weather in February is nearly perfect and a family from northern Pennsylvania agrees. Wanting to escape the cold weather and become our World Golf neighbors, this family from Pennsylvania took the Mediterranean style plan we saw in our first video and modified it using a French Country elevation. Working with her cabinet specialist from up north, the owner has customized the kitchen layout to make her dream kitchen come to life.
The second home we visited is a great idea for any avid golfer who would like to live, eat and sleep golf. Adding customized 90 degree-view doors that open to their lanai, this layout showcases their magnificent view of the famous King & Bear golf course. Located on the 5th hole, the beautifully designed landscaping is great for watching sunsets and panoramic nature views.
