BUYING OR SELLING OR BOTH?  

There are pros and cons for both sides of course! And many agents only work from one side or the other, but it would be interesting to hear the percentage of Realtors - obviously the majority -  who work both ends of real estate transactions, i.e. acting for both buyers and sellers, compared to agents who advertise themselves as one or the other.



 

In addition, covering both ends of a transaction brings challenges ...

A total of 618 homes and other properties sold in June through the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®).
Victoria Real Estate Board President, Dennis Fimrite, noted that market activity has returned to comparable levels of a year ago. He commented: "It’s important to note, however, that the first few months of last year were very active compared to this year and we are now seeing a return to similar market conditions of a year ago."
