CHINATOWN in Victoria, BC - 08/14/11 10:49 AM
I love to wander around Chinatown, within in our beautiful city. It's vibrant - full of interesting sights, sounds, smells, languages and old buildings. How about this address?
This door is in Fan Tan Alley, a fascinating alleyway with glorious little entrances leading into curiosity shops! Take a look at this great virtual tour of the alley. British Columbia Day on Cowichan Lake! Outdoor Enthusiasts' Summer Public Holiday! - 08/01/11 09:13 PM
It was a gorgeous hot sunny British Columbia Day (August 1) on Cowichan Lake today and I took a day off work to take full advantage of the slower paced life around the area with a bit of faster life on the water!
Great water skiing on Cowichan Lake. The little town of Lake Cowichan (pop. 3,118), is located at the eastern end of Cowichan Lake, a spectacular region of natural beauty and eco-tourism, with  camping, hiking fishing,  swimming, water-skiing and boating of all sorts. Everywhere was alive with all age groups this long weekend. It's a great recreational … (4 comments)
