The number of property sales in the Greater Victoria area slowed during August but sales were again significantly higher than a year ago. Prices, meantime, remained stable with some increase for single family homes. A total of 764 homes (0 comments)

According to our Victoria Real Estate Board, June saw a significant surge in property sales throughout the Greater Victoria area. With a total of 946 properties sold in June compared to 879 sales in May - a 7% increase, and a 31% increase compared to June of 2008.

I have heard so much about real estate lately from "first time buyers" who say they want to wait until the market "crashes"!!
