BUYING OR SELLING OR BOTH? There are pros and cons for both sides of course! And many agents only work from one side or the other, but it would be interesting to hear the percentage of Realtors - obviously the majority - who work both ends of real estate transactions, i.e. acting for both buyers and sellers, compared to agents who advertise themselves as one or the other. In addition, covering both ends of a transaction brings challenges ... so, let's hear about the drawbacks and the successes from both aspects of the
