With the Royal Wedding looming fast I was wondering if my "mug" is worth anything! Ha! Ha!
My Mum loves the Royal Family and has kept these mugs and a little book of matches!! for me and my sisters since the wedding of Diana and Charles in 1981. Recently I lined them up and not really being a "Collector" I wondered aloud if they might be worth "cashing in".
Horrors!! "Never!! Keep them for your own offspring!! " Ah well, maybe in another 25 years I might make some money on my mug during the lulls in the real estate market!

Join us as we walk to support Canadian Autism research, by joining the British Columbia Walk/Run Now for Autism.
My wife, our son and other members of my family have been fundraising and will be walking on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 from the Nat Bailey Stadium in Vancouver, BC. The Walk/Run starts at 10 a.m. and finishes at 12 noon. The Walk is 3 - 4 km and the run is 5 km.

My son loves Birthday Parties! He had such a good time, as you can see :)
You can see his navy jacket - he saw it in a local store and said to his Mom "I want to have a Real Estate Jacket like Daddy!" So, he got it and had to wear it for his birthday :) :)

The average price of single family homes sold in Greater Victoria last month was $578,177.The six-month average was $596,659. The median price was $529,900.
In the over $1 million price range, fifteen single family homes sold, with a further three sales on the Gulf Islands.The average price of all townhomes sold last month was $454,918.The six month average was $435,786.
The median price was $417,450. The average for condominiums was $302,536. The median price for condominiums in July was $285,000.

It's true! Kitchen's have become the IN room. Even more so today buyers will say the updated kitchen is the most important aspect in a house.

The SUN came out today!! Let's hope all the blossoms here in Victoria haven't been killed by the recent frost, snow, hail and sleet!
I've decided to stop using plastic bags - saw a TV program about how badly they are affecting the environment. Of course we all know that, but are we prepared to do anything about it???
