Matt Evans and I have been working closely together for several months now.  Last week was a very good week, maybe one of our best working together.  We had both listings and buyers who closed there homes.  And great testimonials from all sides.  Just one short one:

Clean the Carpet. Or not. - 08/27/09 11:06 AM
One of the questions we hear when preparing to list a home is should I clean the carpets.  While I would generally say yes.  It is becoming clear that there can be unexpected consequences to this.
Several times recently we have experienced folks getting their carpets cleaned and the house smells bad afterward.  Didn't smell before!  Now it is time to list the home and it now smells like wet dog!  But it was just cleaned!
We also have seen that after several weeks that it dissipates.  My theory is if you are cleaning For "pet" issues in the carpet.  You … (0 comments)

I got an email this week from a past client.  I love hearing from past clients but this email was a great affirmation.
David Timm helped my fiance and I find our new house, which is absolutely perfect for us.  He was very helpful in explaining the and guiding us through the sometimes complicated and stressful process of buying our first home.  David was always quick to respond to our requests, and to find times to show us places that would coordinate with our busy schedules.
