As a real estate professional in Northern Colorado, it is great to have happy clients.  On Friday my client bought her first home in Wellington, CO.  We had a hard time finding the right hope for her and her teen age son.  Tonight see sent me a thank you.

Earlier today I received a testimony from one of my clients who is relocating to our area.  I helped them buy a wonderful home here in Northern Colorado.  We looked at foreclosures and short sales and various distressed and non distressed homes.  The search was challenging, and while their specific needs were very narrow we workrd hard to find the home that fit what they needed.  This is what they wrote:
