After working in the Fort Collins Real Estate market for several years, I received this notification the other day:

When selling or buying a home, would you like to have your real estate professional act as a referee of the transaction, or as your coach? Lets explore that a little.
In Colorado, real estate professionals ca act as Agents(for our discussion "Coach") and Transaction Brokers(referees)
Transaction Brokers can work dilegently on behalf of the transaction, Making sure that all parties are treated fairly and that the transaction proceeds properly.
