As a real estate professional in Northern Colorado, it is great to have happy clients.  On Friday my client bought her first home in Wellington, CO.  We had a hard time finding the right hope for her and her teen age son.  Tonight see sent me a thank you.

Last week I helped a CSU graduate student buy her first home.  It was a foreclosure and needed some TLC.  After a week I asked here how things were going.  This was her response:
Everything is going well.  We definitely are neck deep and exhausted every night but we're slowly chipping away at everything.  It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do and how much better the house smells since ripping up that carpet.  Once again, thanks for all your help with getting the house.  I couldn't be happier (well, I'll be much happier when it is done)!C.

Most discussion lately has been geared toward The benefits to first time home buyers but now it is time for current homeowners to take note!

The US Senate has voted unanimously to extend the First time home buyers tax credit. This would extend the opportunity until well into the spring.  Buyers have until April 30, 2010 to get a home under contract and June 30 to close!
This is still pending House approval and Presidential signature but I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED!

Today i launched the first V-log of Fort Collins Real Estate information.  Today we talked about the Senate's concideration of a $15,000 Tax Credit for first time home buyers.
